Tapping Sequence

  • Top of Head

  • Eyebrow

  • Side of Eye

  • Under Eye

  • Under Nose

  • Chin

  • Collarbone

  • Under Arm

  • Wrist Point


You gently tap each point while repeating reminders of the emotion, belief, or experience you are working through.
